Having tried Netlify and Github Pages, here is a trial deployment for Cloudflare Pages. Instructions are straightforward.
The only concern is the warning about node 20 being deprecated from early June, and a suggested way to fix it.
Ho hum.
The fix is straightforward … set the damn thing up correctly as a Pages application, not a Worker 😄.
After selecting the Create application button you’re presented with the create a worker setup. Ignore it and select the link indicated below. After that it’s straightforward, and exactly as described in the Quartz 4 documentation.
